- Club Service focuses on making clubs strong. A thriving club is anchored by strong relationships and an active membership development plan.
- Club Service has the responsibility, as do all Rotarians, to add more and well-qualified members.
- Club Service strives to train new Rotarians so that they understand the goals of the organization. and are able, and welcome, to contribute to the betterment of all concerned.
- Club Service knows that a thriving club is a well-balanced club that supports its members, much like a family.
