  1. Membership chair receives application (how and from whom is a topic for a later day).
  2. M Committee vets new member.
  1. M Chair sends membership application to President and all voting Board members + person to do inducting.
  1. Board votes on new member and sends approval to all Board members + person to do inducting, sponsor, and mentor.   Sponsor and mentor to receive application AFTER Board approval due to confidentiality issues.
  1. Membership Chair/committee to receive check and forward to Treasurer BEFORE induction occurs.
  1. During the period that the check is being processed, Membership Chair coordinates with new member, Inductor, sponsor, mentor and Club President the date of the induction.  Badge and pin are ordered.
