We welcome San Diego Port Commissioner Frank Urtasun, who returned to the Port of San Diego’s Board of Port Commissioners in 2022 as an appointee of the City of Coronado. Previously, he served as a Commissioner from 1992-2002 as an appointee the City of Imperial Beach.
He is the first Commissioner in the history of the Port to be appointed by two different member cities.
